Tag groups

Adding a new tag group

1. If there are no tag groups associated with a case, you will see the following screen.
   
2. Click Add tag group to create a new tag group.
3. In the Group name box, enter a name for the tag group and then click the plus sign.
4. Click Add new tag to begin adding tags to the group.

Adding tags to a group

1. On the Tags page, click Add new tag.
2. Enter a name for the tag, and select the tag group from the Group dropdown.
3. Enter a description for the tag, and select a shortcut (optional) from the shortcut dropdown.
4. Select the highlight color from the dropdown. The default color is yellow. 
   
5. Click the plus sign to continue.
