The Case Builder deposition viewer allows you to review transcripts, video, and exhibits together; and review deposition video from the start with automatically synchronized video and exhibits alongside the transcript.
Video
If you have uploaded a video along with the deposition, a thumbnail will display in the Video section. Hover over the thumbnail to view additional options, including settings, volume, and play/pause.
Tags
The Tags section displays all the tags that have been applied to the deposition, as well as their designation as Helpful, Harmful, or Neutral.
Witness
The Witness section displays all information about the witness in the deposition. Click the pencil icon to edit the witness information directly.
Metadata
Any metadata for the deposition will be displayed in the Metadata section, including the date of the deposition. Click the pencil icon to edit the metadata.
Related Documents
Any documents that were uploaded along with the deposition will be listed in the Related Documents section. Click a document to open it in a tab to the right of the deposition transcript. Click the ellipsis to open the document in a new browser tab or download the original document.
To edit the related deposition files, click the pencil icon.
Files
Transcript files will be listed in the Files section. If video and sync file(s) were uploaded along with the deposition, they will be listed in the Files section.
