Bookmarks for Cecilia Q&A - Easily save key Cecilia Q&A messages for later with bookmarks. Filter the chat feed to quickly find saved messages, or use the new export menu to export only bookmarked conversations. This functionality is in run, or available on all new or previously created databases after 6/2. You can learn more about this feature here.

CSV and TSV Spreadsheet Support - CSV and TSV files are now processed as native spreadsheets, offering the full range of features and functionality previously exclusive to .xls* documents. This enhancement allows for a seamless and comprehensive review of these file types directly within the spreadsheet viewer. This functionality is in walk, or available on all databases created after 6/2.

International date support - Select predefined international date formats during ingest and overlay, facilitating the seamless upload of data regardless of its global origin. This functionality is in walk, or available on all databases created after 6/9.
6/16/25
CSV spreadsheet processing - SCSV and TSV files will be processed as spreadsheets, with all the same features and functionality of Excel Spreadsheet documents. This functionality is in run, or available on all new or previously created databases after 6/16.

Error when creating a reproduction - For newer databases, reproductions no longer generate an error regarding suffixing, allowing users to reliably run reproductions as expected.
Bug fix for "reviewed and next" - The "Mark as Reviewed and Next" (Shift+Enter) shortcut no longer skips documents. This update ensures the shortcut reliably advances to the next single document, maintaining the integrity of your review process and boosting your confidence and efficiency.

Native Excel redactions without PDF view - Redactions can now be applied to Excel documents that lack a PDF view and are exclusively available as native spreadsheets.
6/16/25
Contextual follow-up will now utilize the proper technical sequence - Update to contextual follow-up ensures user questions follow the proper technical sequence, whether contextual follow-up is enabled on the database or not.
Redacted spreadsheets will have a confidentiality stamp included in the filename - Confidentiality stamps on native redacted Excel or CSV files will be properly included in the filename, making it easier to identify these specific documents post-production.

Timelines Manager Permissions Fix - The Timelines Manager role now has the necessary permissions to create and add witnesses to facts on the timeline, enabling seamless completion of related workflows. This enhancement is in run, or available on all new or previously created databases after 6/2/25.
